PAST PERFORMANCE

• Hospitality.  Our remote customer service agents managed inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and texts (for guest reservations, general inquiries, complaint resolution, and sales), along with front desk and PBX systems for various hotels including Dupont, Ambassador, Crowne Plaza, Hard Rock Casino & Resorts, PUBLIC, etc.
• Retail & Others.  We provided similar contact center services for Standard Insurance, LegalShield, Edible Arrangements, Territorial Bank of American Samoa, and the Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital.
• Training.  We evaluate the employee experience and customer experience for local private, government, and non-profit organizations and customize our world-class training modules to elevate their respective skills, processes, know-how, and culture.
